Shipping Guidelines/Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are dependent on the items in the order and the selected shipping method. Free shipping is provided by USPS Ground. We ask that all customers please allow time for the order to process. This could take up to 1-2 business days. Orders must be processed and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST or the order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States.

Once an order is processed and shipped, it may take up to 2 full business days before the package is checked into the delivering carrier’s tracking system after shipment. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 2 full business days.


Finding Your Order Status

Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout. You will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

Visit the website. Sign In for My Account information at suntivacbd.com/account/login 24 hours a day. If you signed up for a Suntiva CBD account, you may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders.

Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.


The following terms are applicable for any Suntiva products purchased from our website (suntivacbd.com)


30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Thank you for shopping at Suntiva CBD. At Suntiva, we fully stand behind our products. We have worked incredibly hard to ensure that our product’s quality stands above any other products on the market. We are so confident in our products that if for any reason our products do not meet your expectations you can send them back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will gladly exchange your order for another Suntiva product or provide a full refund.

If an exchange or refund is needed, please contact our customer service team so that we can properly assist you. 

If you purchased our products through a Suntiva retailer or distributor, please go through the original purchase location for any exchange or refund. Returns and refunds may be at the discretion of the retail store. 


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the  Suntiva products to us. Returns should be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned product.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same means of payment used for your Order. Reimbursement can take up to 14 business days to complete following receipt of the returned product. 


Gifts

If your Suntiva products were marked as a gift when purchased online and then shipped to you directly, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If your Suntiva products weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
